We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. I opened the empty meme in MS paint, and I used the scissor tool to cut out and paste my drawings onto the meme. Kind of crude but hey, it works^_^

It's easy. Just upload a pic to your computer, open it in MS paint, use the scissor tool to cut out the drawing you need, and use cut to remove it. Then paste it on the meme.
Repeat proccess until you got your end result, save the meme and upload it onto dA

I'll try doing it simple, steps:
Before you start, have the meme opened up in an MS paint window.
1. Upload scanned pic
2. Open the scanned pic in a different MS paint window.
3. Use the scissor or the cut tool to make a square around the part of the pic you need
4. Right click it
5. Click "Cut"
6. Go to the MS paint window where the meme is
7. Right click
8. Click "Paste"
9. Move the pic you pasted where you want on the meme
10. Repeat until meme is complete
